The hotel is modern, a spacious room and a comfortable bed. Real! coffee is free at the entrance, so is water and tea. Breakfast was ok for vegetarians although not too much to choose from. Seating area in front of the pool is nice. Location was quite good, 10minutes from Chiang Mai gate, so very quiet at night.

The property offered free pick-up from the airport. All breakfast, snacks, and water was all inclusive. The team was really sweet and helpful. The vibe of the hotel was very boutique hotel style. If you want to do temple or elephant excursions, you can do it right at the hotel and for a more affordable price.

Breakfast had a great variety of western and locals. The free flowing drinks and food was something we did not expect. The place is well located and easy to get Grab services to the locations we wanted to go. Location wise is very convenient to the local markets

As a couple, we had a fantastic stay. We extended our stay with them 3 times; it was so beautiful we didn't want to leave. The staff were very accomodating, arranging this with us even though the hotel was fully booked at one stage. Exceptional and helpful staff, a special mention to Peng and Molly. They were so kind and helpful and went above and beyond. Helped my partner practice his Thai lots. The room was spacious; beds were very comfortable. The shower was huge with good water flow and temperature control. Huge windows with good lighting, and good artificial lighting too. Rooms come with international travel adapter power points, and USB ports which was very helpful. TV had a Netflix account with multiple accounts for most common languages including English. Only once were there too many people using the account however and we couldn't watch a movie, but after a short wait we were able to. The hotel itself was very modern. It looks and feels like it was built within the last 5 years. The pool area was extremely clean and gorgeous. Very large relaxing area around the pool too that had a nice breeze and was out of the sun. The staff ran breakfast each day that had a great spread with handmade dishes and baked goods. Best to get to the breakfast earlier rather than towards the end at 10 if possible. There was a fridge stocked 24hrs with access to cold bottled water you could help yourself to. There was also 24hr access to the coffee machines, tea making and microwave area with plates, cutlery etc. Not in the room but in the main area but accessible. There is also a beer fridge for purchase available. There is self serve free washing facilities with washers with detergent and dryers. This was very helpful for longer stays where we needed washing done. Location was very central and easy for grabs, tuk-tuks and night bazaar. We will definitely be returning to Chiang Mai and staying again. Thank you POR staff for a great stay.
